Led the evaluation and redesign of key features related to account management and sign up.

Involved rapid prototyping of new concepts, qualitative and quantitative analysis and user testing, in order to minimise dropouts during crucial sign up steps, and maximising retention of users without resorting to tactics that they might find a deterrent.

Remote user testing and analysis to quickly get qualitative feedback on prototypes and find pain-points early on.


Detailed speccing-out of the micro-interactions in a state-machine format ensures that developers can produce the most usable product.
